LCM (Low Carb Mummy) came to life shortly after I discovered the Low Carb/Keto diet. This discovery came after having my first child and the struggles I had trying to shed that last bit of baby weight. I found that the low carb diet really worked for me and I wanted to share my recipes and low carb eating options with other people facing the same problem, so I started my Instagram page @lowcarbmummy. I have always had a passion for health, beauty and fitness and have worked in the health and beauty industry for over 15 years. I was getting so frustrated that no matter how much I trained and focused on a healthy diet I always struggled with toned and smooth skin on my booty and thighs and I wanted to create a product that might assist me with accelerating those results. Like a lot of women I have always suffered from cellulite and I really wanted to produce an Australian made product with ingredients that would assist, along with practising a healthy diet and lifestyle. After carrying out detailed research I discovered that MCT oil doesn't just have amazing benefits for your body on the inside but it has outstanding benefits on the skin too. After many formulations and experiments I merged MCT oil with some proven antioxidant and toning ingredients, pink peppercorn, grapefruit varieties, Vitamin E along with many more active ingredients and the beauty side of LCM was born. My friends and family have been loving the products and the results so I thought why not share my products with all the other amazing ladies out there.
